The house is located in the center of Valencia. There is a good cafe on the ground floor, a 7/11 store is 5 minutes away. The room is bright and cozy. There is everything for a comfortable stay. The special feature of the room is the view of the mountains from the window. If you wish, you can go up to the roof from which you can watch sunrises and sunsets. I would especially like to thank the owner of the apartment for her responsiveness and help.

Just outside the Dumaguete traffic madness but only a 10 minute scooter ride from Dumaguete. Up in the mountains close to the hot springs waterfalls and all kind of adventurous activities. Studio comes with a fully operational kitchen so you can buy your groceries on the Valencia market and make your own breakfast and lunch. The landlady is very at the job and when something needs to be done she does it immediately.

We liked everything especially our bungalow. It exceeded our expectations... the falls are amazing,the view from our balcony is breathtaking... it's really an amazing trip and also thank to Susan for facilitating everything. Everything is perfect. From location, food to service. It’s so heavenly watching sunset and sunrise everyday. Feels like paradise from the balcony. Plus they will give you snorkeling gear to go down to the beach. It’s actually amazing to find hidden gem in a place like this. I love it. And I’ll definitely comeback. I just want to say Thank you for the staff who was nice and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Lene’s Condo at Marina Spatial. The unit was impeccably clean and had a modern, cozy feel. It was well-stocked with essentials, including toiletries, drinking water, coffee, and other basic necessities, making our stay even more convenient. The check-in process was seamless, and the owner was incredibly attentive to our needs. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness—when we accidentally left our son’s toy behind at checkout, they immediately informed us and kept it safe until we could retrieve it. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this place!
