The house is located in the center of Valencia. There is a good cafe on the ground floor, a 7/11 store is 5 minutes away. The room is bright and cozy. There is everything for a comfortable stay. The special feature of the room is the view of the mountains from the window. If you wish, you can go up to the roof from which you can watch sunrises and sunsets. I would especially like to thank the owner of the apartment for her responsiveness and help.

I stayed for an overnight with my brother. As i turned the A/C ON twas noisy and the filter is dusty. so I took the A/C filter out to wash and clean.

Everything, absolutely everything. If you want a base to explore the south of Negros then this is it. Scooter rental on site. Breakfast was amazing and different everyday. Room is new, huge and the bed is so comfortable. I could go on but everything is listed in the room description, it was exactly how it is described. Lots of great restaurants within a short scoter ride.

Firstly, the apartment itself is excellent, comfortable, clean, has a big screen TV with Netflix, beautiful swimming pool. A home away from home. But what really makes it special is the host. Our stay at Belfort house was exceptional. The house is beautiful and big, accommodating 3 guests in separate bedrooms. It is sparkling clean. They have a big garden and two beautiful, playful dogs. We totally loved the dogs. The location is very good, walking distance of Valencia main square, and 15 minutes drive to Dumaguete center. Anne, the host, and her cousin, are very kind. They informed us about touristic stuff and were always checking if we needed something. The price is fair.

Room was spacious, bed extremely comfortable. The service was exceptional, all staff were incredibly warm, attentive and helpful, and they really went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Restaurant food also very good. Location very convenient and 5 minutes to the airport.
