Richard (Joker) took great care of everyone and went out of his way to make sure that everyone was having a great time there! The place itself is located outside of town but there's always a motorbike ready to take you into town if you don't want to do the cozy walk yourself. All the staff are really really nice! Would totally go back when i visit Malapascua again!

The whole place is brand new and clean, the staff is incredibly friendly. It’s only a few minutes walk down to the beach where lots of the dive shops are. The pods are well designed inside!

I really love this hut! After a week wandering around Cebu staying in other huts, we still like this hut the most. It's cosy, convenient, and the staff was friendly. Lovely ppl to interact with. The ensuite toilet was interesting. Overall a good experience. Also, they have a vegetarian restaurant outside, and their mushroom sisig is dangerously delicious!

Beautiful hut, infront of the sea, close to the typical shops where you can find anything and 15min walk to the new port. The hosts welcome us as part of their family, showing their hospitality and attentions to our needs. We had a wonderful time! We also had a couple massage for 350php each, total body, from Kim, highly recommended! Magical experience we'll be back soon

The staff is really friendly ! They managed a ride for me, provided me affordable dinner and breakfast. They made sure everything was okay for me and it was !! I’m glad I couldn’t make it to Malapascua last night because I would have never stay in this lovely place if not ! It’s very calm and you can hear the sound of the waves ! I really recommend it ! The fan on the room managed to cool me down and get the mosquito away. The size of the bungalow is really enough. You also have free refill of water wich is a plus !

I absolutely loved my stay at AABANA beach!!!! The place is RIGHT in front of the beach and the view from the room it’s insane!! Plus it’s surrounded by palm and trees and hammocks and it’s sooo peaceful!!! It’s only 10 minutes away from the port and the surroundings is fantastic, with everything you need just a few meters away!! Plus the owner was extremely nice and helpful, also helped me plan my day trip for the next day! Can’t forget to mention the amazing breakfast included in the price !!! I chose banana pancake which was so delicious and served with fresh mango!!! Absolutely 100% recommended and definitely coming back here for my next stay in Malapascua!

We had two stay two nights due to bad weather and we are so happy we did. Bridget the host it's an absolute star, super friendly and engaging, a Maya local that will go above and beyond to help the guests, for instance she took us to the breakfast place, it's only a 10 min walk but she insisted that we didn't need to walk if she was available to bring us there unless we decided to do so to get the local experience, locals by the way are so... so friendly towards tourists in general at Maya. The ATM didn't work, she took us to the next barangai to the one that did no charge! Really she even made us coffe in the morning, couldn't be any happier with her we feel so lucky we found her along our journey. The location it's great next to the market, bakery with fresh out the oven donuts and bread, sari sari shops and the port to go into Malapascua. The shower worked great with good water pressure and warm water! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, toiletries provided, the AC worked like a clock, the balcony was better then tv watching all the locals go about theyr day. The price was amazing for the quality that you actually get but lacks in other places more expensive over in the phillipines. We will certainly be back when traveling that route again. Thanks Bridget for making it so comfortable, pleasant and stress free to stay and travel trough Maya.
