Room. It has very comfortable bed, clean washroom, functionable sink, complete kitchen appliances (ref, microwave,rice cooker, toaster, water heater) with kitchenwares (plates, cutlery). Plus hairdryer and flat iron... With designated area to dry your clothes. Location. Available on google, with signage visible when you enter the street. With flexible check in and check out hrs. This is advisable specially for those who arrives late or need to leave early. As for us, we travelled 12 hrs to/from laguna. Owners and staff are very friendly and approachable. Parking. Safe, wide and secured. Will definitely book this place again! 😀

Absolutely beautiful. It looks like as it is in the pictures. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. The landing station to the Pagsanjan Falls is just 1-minute walk from the property. There's a 7/11 & Mercury Drugstore within a short walking distance. Really good breakfast choices and we love that they serve brewed coffee. Though the property has also a menu from their kitchen we didn't have the chance to try it. When we craved for halo-halo which is not on their menu, the staff recommended two stores & ordered it for us with delivery. In front on our rooms is a rambutan tree full of fruits. We were able to taste them and they're really good. This property is an absolute gem!

Booked for two nights but had to stay for a single night. The room was Excellent, with wonderful decoration and comfort. The Small Aircon is not sufficient for the room. No mobile network is available inside the room. They have good wifi, but due to no mobile network available inside the property, facing huge problems getting calls from my office. Every time have to go outside the room for the network. The property owner and booking.com did not mention this issue before the booking. When I complained, booking.com, they ignored my request. But the owner is very supportive, they understand my situation, and they returned my one-day booking money after completing one one-night stay.

Breakfast is not included, but they provided instant coffee. Location is near to the market and resto. The caretaker Ate is very accommodating and also the owner. The house is big and also the bedrooms. The Ate even showed us the 2nd Floor ancestral house to take a look and picked some Rambutan for us to try.
