PhilippinesThe staff/personnel were highly accommodating. We raised our concern regarding early check-in and late check-out due to travel aspects and the establishment catered our needs. Given the charges of those instances, they offered a 10-hour extension discount, which made our stay pleasantly comfortable. We were deeply grateful for it. The place was at the center (Centro) of Ilagan, so accessibility of transportation was an ease.
