The staff/personnel were highly accommodating. We raised our concern regarding early check-in and late check-out due to travel aspects and the establishment catered our needs. Given the charges of those instances, they offered a 10-hour extension discount, which made our stay pleasantly comfortable. We were deeply grateful for it.
