The place is clean, the area is very quiet, there is no noise at all, the rent is very reasonable, which is probably not the most reasonable rent anywhere in Abbottabad. The manager, Moaz, is a very good-natured and polite person.

Here's my experience: - *Booking and Confirmation*: I booked a room on July 21 at around 11 pm and received a confirmation call at midnight, which was prompt and efficient. - *Assistance on Arrival*: Due to a vehicle tyre burst on the way, I called the reception for help, and they sent a car without any delay. This was particularly impressive considering the heavy rain and late hour (around 4 am). - *Hospitality and Cleanliness*: The hotel staff showed extra respect and responsibility, making us feel welcome and comfortable.
