We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel One Swat. The staff here goes over and beyond and is extremely friendly. Shout out to Zubaida from the reception who was able to fix our slight concerns immediately ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend Hotel One Swat.

It was a great experience, the staff especially was so wonderful, the interior designing of the villa is beautiful and detailed, the facilities are above and beyond, truly felt like i was at the comfort of my own home, the chef made wonderful home cooked meals, all in all, perfect. Great location. The rooms were clean, comfortable, facilitated and the staff was amazing. Everything was just perfect, the food was absolutely delicious. We went to the rooftop and had amazing time. The view, atmosphere and service were great and the kids really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this swat Hill View resort for international and Pakistani visitors. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located at a perfect place, on the way to Malam Jabba and Kalam. The staff is helpful, friendly and cooperative. Especially the receptionist, forget his name but he was the right person for the right job. Overall the hotel was clean, quiet and the rooms were spacious. We asked for an Extra mattress, and the request was fulfilled without excuses. I would overall rate it one of the best hotel.
