Perfect space arrangement, up to the smallest detail (for example, having the parking lot at the far end of the lawn and overgrown by bushes, so it doesn't spoil the view). Comfortable, tastefully decorated spacious soundproof rooms (I stayed in the new part overlooking the pond). No kitchy fake-old decor often found in historical buildings.
