Top service and absolutely client-oriented approach with a nice human touch! Personnel is extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. Due to the issues with LOT airlines, had to overstay some time beyond the check out, but it was granted to me with no issues and extra-charges. Hands down 100% recommended! The location is incredibly convenient, especially for those arriving or departing by bus, as it's situated very close to the bus station. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a functional kitchenette. The self-check-in process was smooth and efficient, which was particularly helpful as my arrival time was somewhat uncertain.
