Unit is ultra-modern with tile(marble???) flooring, ceiling fans in bedrooms, full size refrigerator, microwave, electric cook top and a coffee maker. Great off the street parking. Located in a quiet neighborhood and near two good restaurants - New York Bar & Grill (good food and Karaoke) and CremoLatte (for breakfast or brunch). The free breakfast was pretty good and the staff were always willing to provide amenities at a moment’s notice. There’s also free parking and the staff was extremely accommodating. The pool was clean and enjoyable and the staff were friendly. Parking was always available up front and enough to accommodate all the guests (I can see an issue on a busy period).
