Amazing experience. Nick made me feel like I was staying at a friend's place rather than a hotel. So kind, open, and made me feel so welcome there. The hotel was beautiful, rooms were big and comfortable and had everything I was looking for. Location wasn't exactly downtown, but it was a 3-5 minute car ride from it, which I preferred (close enough to go whenever wanted, far enough to have peace and quiet during the night). Beaches around were also close and were amazing, mostly Playa de Falesia. Overall, out of the hundreds of hotels and accommodations I've been to in my life, this was probably my most enjoyable experience.

Very good property, the hosts were very accommodating especially with the few noise complaints we got, as they realised we were on a lads holiday and we were a great bunch of lads when they must us and not going against the terms and conditions of the property.

Villa was situated in a nice quiet residential area. Villa was very spacious and clean and had everything you would need for a great holiday. About a 20 minute nice downhill walk to Old town. Nearest supermarket, bar and restaurant was roughly 5 minute walk.
