We were welcomed with a plate of fruits and refreshment drinks. A big plus was a parking lot belonging to the apartment. The accommodation is furnished with attention to detail and has everything you need. Every morning we were even spoiled with pastel de nata (the most delicious in Madeira). In addition, both were very accommodating and always asked us if everything was ok or if we needed anything else. There is also a private parking lot directly in front of the house.
