    View was amazing, free parking in front of the hotel, next to miradouro eira do serrado, fabulous dinner at the hotel restaurant (highly recommend Madeira skewers Espetada with garlic bread Bolo do Caco)

    amazing place for couples, friends or families :) in the middle of the mountains ⛰ with beautiful landscape around. in front with bus stop (81 number from Funchal) or if needed car parking.

    A very frinedly and thoughtful staff on the reception, unless they are overloaded with other duties. The hotel seems to be understaffed, which lead to conflicts and problems. The view from the rooms is magnificent and there are view points nearby. There's a nice balcony and you can slide-open the windows to sit in the air. There's a free parking by the hotel with plenty of spots most of the time.
