They have their own parking area with a barrier and washing machines outside. The rooms have balconies with a nice view to the Atlantic, which is just a hop skip and a jump away. It included a breakfast that you pre-ordered (nothing special but it filled us up). There were washers and dryers in the parking lot for anyone to use. There was a gas station convenience store in the same complex, so you could get a snack or a beverage. The rooms were super clean and modern and had a nice porch with a distant view of the ocean.
