It’s a modern house, very new and fresh, situated close to the ocean, not far from the town of Esposende, so there is no problem with stores or services. The host is plain awesome - very kind, responsive and helpful.

Staying in Sandra's place was just amazing! Her place just makes you feel at home from the moment you enter her house. On the first floor, you have a cosy living room plus a kitchen where you can have breakfast in the morning. Outside you have a garden with a swimming pool and bbq (but it was raining, unfortunately). And the highlight was the cute dog Spot, which makes this place even more like home. Accommodation is very clean and beds comfortable (sheets and blankets provided). Sandra is lovely, caring and super nice! So on your Camino, don't miss this Spot :). Sandra, thank you and all the best!

The location was right on the Camino Coastal Trail but the area had little to offer. There were only a couple of restaurants and they were closed. There were two small supermarkets so we managed to get something to cook. The actual accommodation was superbly finished with two separate bathrooms. There was a table and chain the kitchen area and some outdoor space to relax.

    Great experience staying in a beautiful cabin in nature. The kitchen is great, decor and furnishings really tasteful and comfortable. Check-in experience was fluid and easy, onsite parking much appreciated. Great restaurants and eating choices nearby in Apulia. Would book again.

    We loved the view from the apartment and proximity to the beach. The apartment is well designed and furnished with all you will need for a self-catering break (even the knives are sharp). There is private parking and a bar and restaurant within 5 minutes. Fao has its charms and much of North Portugal is within easy reach (Porto, Braga, Guimaraes, Viana do Castelo, national parks...). We visited off-season in early January and found the apartment to be a quiet refuge with beach sometimes all to ourselves.
