Fantastic hotel! A truly beautiful, spacious, and comfortable place—more like "apartments" than hotel rooms, which is exactly the concept. The view is amazing, and the staff is exceptionally professional. The pool and spa facilities, including the hot and cold bathtubs, are excellent. The food is delicious and beautifully presented.A special thanks to Raj—by far the most professional and kindest person we've encountered in his role—along with Shaima, Anjalika, and Rihab, who were all extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming!

It is indeed a great experience the staff are friendly and approachable, about the breakfast it was sumptuous and exceeds our expectation. Lagoona waitress and staff are helfull with our needs and comfort. The surroundings are well maintained, clean and aesthetic room very instagrammable . We had an amazing eid staycation with my family. Amazing view of Lusail. Friendly staff from reception Ms Sonali TY, house keeping staffs for their quick service and the pool attendant. Their rooms are amazing, modern furnitures and clean rooms. Amazing staff and hotel 100%.. We will definitely come back.
