Its balcony is amazing you can see the beautiful sunset every day and the garage is a big bonus because it is extremely difficult to find a parking lot nearby. There is a beautiful beach close to the apartment. Due to the location, you can easily get to the attractions and there are tons of shops and restaurants around.
