We loved everything in this place. The open space, the forest at the back of the retreat, the hitted pool, the free coffee machine, the games for the young one's, and especially the owner, alex, who helped us in every need, recommend on good restaurants, 'must do' attractions, and anything we asked. The wellness facilities were excellent. There was no waiting time for the indoor or outdoor slides, and we were able to use the pool on both the day we checked in and the day we checked out. Although the accommodation wasn't cheap, considering the 2-day access to the wellness facilities, it was reasonable. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was exceptional.

The room and the whole building were very clean and the staff was one of the friendliest I met during several vacations. I was most impressed by the impressive breakfast buffet, which with its rich selection almost approaches a 4-star hotel.

The hotel was recently renovated (some parts still were under construction even) so our room looked and felt brand new. Spa area was great and the staff as well.

It was so cozy and romantic, we enjoyed it a lot! Location was clean, and inside the dome there was absolutely everything you need for a three days stay. Jacuzzi was the key element. Water was pre heated in advance to our arrival, just perfect to jump in when we got there. I really appreciated what they did with the place, and definitely wanna come back at some time

Everything is gorgeous and was above our expectations!!! Great convenient location, yet quiet on the heights. Lake Ursu and the gorgeous huge park 1 minute walk, Restaurants 2 minutes walk, Lots of attractions and places to go and easy access! Great steam room and pool, game room, great rooms and breakfast! And the staff is lovely!!!) We are very happy! We recommend it unequivocally!
