This hotel is wonderful. Superb location with parking outside the door. A friendly reception, a large, comfortable and clean room, a big bathroom with a very big walk-in shower and a balcony with a wonderful view of the church and the mountains. A good dinner is available and the breakfast has a vary good range of choices. Finally it is the best value of anywhere that we have stayed in Romania. Just perfect.

Casa Ilena is ideally situated right in front of the merry cemetery and the hosts cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable, they are wonderfully welcoming and the decoration of the rooms is fabulous and a great insight into local crafts. Great staff, very hospitable. We arrived at 10 PM and in a few minutes they already served us with food. Clean rooms. Good location, everything is near, but not on the main road, so it's quite. They do also cook or barbecue together with the guest in the evening, you can socialize with others and have a glass of wine or pălincă. Very pleasent stay over all.

Lovely room, clean, tidy and comfortable. We both slept really well. Perfect location, few minutes walk to the Merry cemetery and restaurants. Hosts were amazing and so friendly! We hope to stay again and would highly recommend.
