Lovely staff - both at reception (Ivan) and the restaurant (Nemanja). Also, the night security officer was very helpful - we arrived late at night with a 8-months-old baby, we were accommodated at once, shown all the facilities and we even get help with the suitcases. The property is very clean, our room was spacious with a very large bed (worked great for us as the baby was sleeping in between us two and everyone had enough space). Fast internet throughout the premises, amazing breakfast (tasty food, good selection, large portions) included in the price of the room - great value for money. The hotel is about 20 mins car drive away from the city centre - best to keep this in mind to avoid disappointment. There is a parking, too - but it's a paid one even for the guests.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly proactive and helpful. After leaving Serbia, we realized we had forgotten some belongings in the hotel. The staff quickly located our items and offered several thoughtful solutions, which was truly impressive.     The location is not close to the city center, but is perfect where it is. You have free parking nearby and bus 43 station 2 min walking from the rooms. Bus 43 has its last stop in the Republic Square, so you arrive in 15min in the city center. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. There is also a restaurant where you can eat breakfast or lunch and the food is really good and the price is ok..

    The apartment is completely new and comfortable, with cleanliness at the highest level. The furniture is new, and the host is available at any time for any assistance. In front of the building, there is a public parking lot where there are always free parking spaces (which are free of charge).

    I was traveling solo and had rented a car. I needed a hotel that had a car park and was located in an area that was easy to get in and out of. Mint is located right next to the motorway and has free parking for its guests. The room, bathroom, breakfast were all above expectations but the ONE that stood out was the staff. I have rarely seen staff that willing to assist. From ordering food to currency exchange to saving me from being scammed by a cab driver... They did it all ! 5 stars for the staff alone!!
