Nature Kigali is a friendly and relaxed hotel , convenient for the airport and conference centre. The food was of very high quality. I stayed a few times when I returned to Kigali after visiting different areas of the country. It was a home from home. I will recommend it as a place to stay for any friends visiting the country. The staff were very helpful with a special mention for Tracy for all her efforts sorting out my trips

I didn't mind the location, out of town, but beautiful views to me, the breakfast was spectacular, I enjoyed the hospitality, clothes washed and ironed, organised in your room closet, I honestly loved it, and they were nice. Room service too for breakfast and any meals of your choice, the menu is extensive too. loved that!

The property was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The entire apartment was beautifully cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen extremely well equipped. We also tried the in-room Indian menu, which was superb.

I had a wonderful stay at the Faraja Guest house. The staff were super friendly and was very helpful. Spacious room, great interior design, and the house vibe was very comfortable.     The Coalescence hotel has very clean and modern facilities with enough parking space. We spent two weeks there, and everyone was very helpful. Alice helped us get a taxi whenever we wanted one, and other staffs (security officer & house cleaners) were always helpful whenever we needed help.
