Thank you for this stay! What an amazing hotel. So clean and the beds were amazing. I want to thank the service people from the dining restaurant, the cleaning men were so very nice and the reception, especially Yazan when we checked out. Also the lady who checked us in was so nice!

Very clean and friendly hotel. Good value for money. Hotel manager Mamdouh helped me a lot with our tour and made me feel the carma of kindness. He also helped me reserve the train to Medina and gave me great advice on Saudi travel from a traveler's perspective. Thank you, Mamdouh!!

Really I liked everything from top to bottom. The staff and manager Salah he is amazing and very respect and responsible person. If I tell you true I stayed several hotels, but I've not seen like this apartment.

There was a slight booking error from the their end , however when I spoke to them they quickly dealt with the issue and provided us with a spacious apartment. The property was clean and modern. The apartment offered plenty space , It had 3 bedroom and 3 toilets. The apartment is situated in a good area with lot’s of shops near by and short drive to the Balad. Great customer service . I defiantly recommend renting from Summo apartments and I will be renting from again soon. Many thanks
