This hotel is incredibly peaceful and excellent in every way. The staff’s responsiveness is outstanding, and their service is prompt. The internet connection is very strong, making it perfect for work or personal use. A special mention goes to Abdullah Ghanem, who was extremely professional, polite, and always smiling and cheerful. Akram was also exceptional and provided top-notch service. I highly recommend staying here. The prices are very affordable compared to the location and nearby hotels. Hotel is very neat and clean at all times. Free water, dates, sweets and hot beverage ( qahva ) is available all day long. Breakfast buffet is at the top, they offer so many varieties in such a great price is absolutely worth mentioning. Food taste is 5 start standard. The staff is always present to refill the dishes and help children and elderly. Rooms are also very spacious and comfortable, amenities are being refilled at every room service request. All in all it's worth spending every penny.
