Amazing scent of fresh flowers upon entering. Outstanding customer service by Mr Faraaz. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and one that was memorable. Its warm welcome, cleanliness, friendly staff, follow up by the staff to take care everyday needs regularly especially Mr. Kamal and his house keeping team. The last and the most important is the location which is just in front of the Masjid Nabwi (SAW).
