Very friendly hosts, very quiet, in the middle of nature and animals. Spacious private house, with a nice living room and comfortable sofas. Well equipped kitchen. Plus, as it was hot, the AC was great. Nice garden as well. Our kids were in heaven, with a great private playground available, and a great walk with "Happy" the dog.

I wish I could keep this place my secret… The place is as idyllic as the pictures make it look. All the furnishings are brand new and high end. The privacy is unbelievable. It’s roomy, thoughtfully laid out, and very comfortable. The host is helpful and professional. Probably my best stay, overall, ever. We extended a night even though we had already made a non-can relabel reservation elsewhere - that’s how much we liked it.

We had such a truly wonderful time here. The cottage was nestled in greenery, and its fairytale-like decor immediately put us in a peaceful, cozy mood. A small hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and really exceptional service from the staff. (Note, however, that during early afternoon and overnight there is no staff member on site; they can be reached by phone, though.) Hanna especially was super helpful regarding our early arrival, as well as answering questions about Örebro and giving us an excellent restaurant recommendation: Gamla Örebro cafe in the Wadköping open air museum. Although it is next to the train station the double windows keep out all train noise so we slept very well. We also took advantage of the bar offerings in the late afternoon, and enjoyed sitting outside with our drinks at the picnic tables outside the hotel. We had a rental car during our stay and were able to park in one of the hotel’s parking spots in front of the building for a reasonable charge per day. (If you do not have a car, there are plenty of taxis available at the train station and numerous city buses stopping just south of the station.) We highly recommend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

Featuring afternoon coffee or tea with homemade bread and a selection of sweets, this hotel is located in central Örebro, along the calm Svartån River.
