The property was literally a few minutes walk from the railway station, very easy to find and in a quiet location

Location good, but only accessible from the main road (although from both directions, so no problem). Rooms were clean and tidy, toilet and shower worked well. Parking was excellent as it was just outside our room and under a roof. Breakfast good with lots of tea!
