It was clean behind the TV and under the bed ;-) And the owners from Skultuna were great!!! We had a very very good contact with them! The room was very big; and the food was delicious!

Our stay at the HouseBoat was an absolute dream. The view from the deck is breathtaking at any time of day, but especially at sunset—it felt like the entire lake lit up just for us. Being able to enjoy that view from the jacuzzi on deck, with music playing through the excellent sound system, created the perfect mix of relaxation and atmosphere. We also loved the location. It feels private and peaceful on the water, yet it’s only steps away from the Steam Hotel, cafés, and everything Västerås has to offer. That balance of calm and convenience is hard to find, and you’ve truly created something special. The boat itself is beautifully designed and so comfortable. Every detail has been thought of, making it easy to just settle in and enjoy. Well maintained, very spacious and comfortable house. It was nice to have a washing machine and dryer during our stay. We also got towels, even though this was not stated in the prior information. Private parking directly in front of the house, there was enough space for the big bus that we rented. The house is located in a nice and quiet family neighbourhood.

A quiet location close to the forest and river, a clean and cozy house, a fully equipped kitchen, and friendly, helpful hosts who live nearby. Canoes and fishing rods are available. We saw wildlife near the house, including a fox and roe deer. Shops are about 10 min away by car. A great place if you prefer to visit national parks or simply relax in nature.
