Wonderful location , great hosts and we were pleasantly surprised with the whole set up of the farm in combination with the guest rooms. This is a place where a lot of hotels can learn from! Hospitality, breakfast, cleanliness , home cooked dinner .... all perfect!

More than expected. Clean, fully furnished as much as your own home. The best apartment I ever been. I was looking for a quiet place and area, this is the best. Comfy beds and pillows. Lighting amazing too. Kitchen fully equipped. My advice to clients.....please appreciate the effort the host makes and take care of the apartment as if it was yours. My dream came true for a relaxing holiday, away from daily chaos. The host very helpful and friendly. We found a bowl of fresh fruit and welcome drinks in fridge. The highlight of this place is the terrace. TOTALLY AMAZING!!!!

We arrived after 8pm in Smarjeske Toplice, having problem with exact location of the property using a Booking map. Without Aleš kind help to guide us personally, it would be almost impossible to find at night. Accommodation is cosy, view is inspiring, and it will be great to spend 4-7 days there in summer or early autumn. Accommodates couple + small kid max.
