Something went wrong with the air conditioning in my standard room, and I was immediately upgraded to a suite — I really appreciated how quickly the staff responded. Although there is no traditional reception desk, communication is extremely fast and efficient. They also approved my early check-in right away, which was very convenient. The parking system is automated — you just need to provide your license plate number and everything works smoothly. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. There is an elevator, and the shared kitchen is a fantastic bonus — clean, well-equipped, and very useful. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is absolutely exceptional — spotless and truly impressive.

The flat is spacious, full of natural light, comfortable and the hosts are great. Location is about 10 minutes of relaxing walk to the city centre, but nested in a green and peaceful area with parks for kids. On top of that we were absolutely delighted by Košice. For its size, the town offers quite a lot; museums, fountains, beautiful buildings with rich history, botanical garden, and all of that within a walking distance from wherever you are. We really hope to be back, and hopefully for more than 3 nights.

I loved the facilities in the room; all my needs were adequately met. For starters, the kitchen was so clean and modernised, I particularly enjoyed sitting there in the evening next to the nightly view. In the sleeping area, the bed was comfortable alike the sofa, the TV came with a multitude of apps such as netflix; facilitating movie watching. The shower in the bathroom was fantastic, it was easily adjustable and the water pressure was substantial, the internet speed was fast, and the hosts were so welcoming and generous as they offered to bring new towels and facilities midway through the stay. I could infinitely write positive things about this place. I highly recommend staying here, by far one of the best places I've ever stayed in for it's exceptional luxury - I would 100% revisit.

We liked everything. The apartments are very cozy, everything is provided for a long stay, they are very warm (this is important in winter). Like at home.
