This hotel is exceptional and was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our recent 3 month tour of Thailand. The bungalow was lovely, super comfortable bed with nice linens and a spacious, well equipped bathroom. We were right by the pool, which was super clean and lovely to cool down in if you didn't want to go down to the beach. Our bungalow was the other side of the road to the restaurant and beach, that was no issue for us and we used both every day. What really sets this hotel and the restaurant apart is the little things, small touches like servicing the room unobtrusively whilst we were at breakfast each morning, offering to adjust the menu for us as vegetarians and helping us with a car problem, sweeping the beach etc. The staff would just be there when you needed them without you even asking or realising... 5 star service. We loved the location, the restaurant overlooking the beach, the breakfasts are phenomenal 👌, pancakes to die for. Just great 👏👏🙏

I LOVED EVERYTHING. EXCEPTIONAL, INTIMATE BOUTIQUE hotel on 9km unspoilt white sand beach. Swimming in the sea was good. Rooms are exceptional. Spacious, clean and all amenities supplied. Chula Beach Resort is a Hotel with only 6 spacious rooms, every room facing the beach. We had a fantastic room (No.1) on the ground floor with a spectacular seaview right from the bed and a private elevated little beach in front of our room. There is a choice of 3 types of breakfast, of which the "chula special" is really a very good full 3 course meal! The staff is lovely and helpful but unfortunately hardly understand the english language. Opposite the Hotel there is a minimarket which doubles as a bar and a few steps further we found a good noodle and seafood Restaurant with very reasonable prices. Although we had a few stormy and rainy days it did not matter at all, because it was cozy watching netflix and looking out at the sea and the beach. We can only recommend this place, especially if you are lucky enough to get room No.1!

    Staff very nice and helpful with recommendations. Large multi-building hotel compound surrounded by empty fields and orchards, a few minute drive from the beach. Room was a bit aging but usable aircon and fridge and WiFi. Area quiet. Big balcony. Parking plentiful. There is a (not currently active) BBQ and restaurant area that I guess is for big Thai groups.

    Absolutely fantastic stay. The property was spacious and clean. All facilities as advertised and more. I have stayed in other 1-bedroom apartments in the block but they come nowhere near the level of excellence of this one. I love the location with private shaded parking, very big pool and 2 restaurants of differing quality as neighbors. Lovely beach albeit with temperamental swimming conditions. An issue of WIFI was sorted very swiftly. Worth the extra spend. Thank you, Carl and Khun Puk.
