Very cheap, good beds, clean toilets and bathroom, nice atmosphere with all the wood in the house. Small breakfast - jam, toast, included where special bakery was bought for us! Very nice staff. Superb place in every aspect. From the moment I arrived to the hugs on leaving. I loved this place. I stayed for 4 nights it would have been longer just because it was such a great place, but I couldn't. Hospitality, accommodation, location, comfort, travel advice, all top notch.

We really enjoyed our stay in this room! The owner is the best, wonderful, kind and attentive! The room is clean and cozy, you can see how the owner tries to make the guests' stay pleasant! We also liked the condominium itself, good pools and a small gym with exercise machines, everything is clean!     A two day stop on my way to Ko Pha Ngan, Very Nice rooms, with a good view, on site parking. extreme good value for money. Very friendly cleaning lady, the woman at the reception made me feel awkward, but maybe that says something about me. :) Would certainly return.

    Banthai guesthouse is a lovely traditional wooden Thai house set in a small but beautiful garden situated up a small quiet lane in the heart of Phetchaburi. It was a pleasant and relaxing place to stay. Free snack, toast, fruit and yogurt, breakfast listening to the birds. This was a small city break for me…I enjoyed wandering around the interesting traditional shops and temples. There are only a couple of parking spaces at the property so best to book if you need one. Fellow quests were quiet and respectful. I slept well

    Owner is really friendly and speaks amazing English. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Beds are good and it is really quiet at night. Breakfast options are western or Asian. Free parking available in front of the rooms. All in all a decent accommodation for this price.

    Big clean room with friendly staff and equipped with everything we need. Their location was only 5 min ride to the main attractions. They also have big parking space with roof for each car right in front the hotel. Plus, we got free ice-cream per person for every night at the hotel. I was travelling with my partner and my family. They all seemed to enjoy their stay. I booked the wrong date and they let me change last minute. Definitely recommend!
