I went in low season so exceptional value for money, hence the high scores. Cooked breakfast of fried eggs and sausages, and friendly staff, all who spoke English. Very close to the aiport which I needed, and I plan to stay again tomorrow on my return.

The owner at this apartment homestay were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay from A-Z. The house were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breathking view of the surrounding and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. It's totally clean and comfy homestay in city centre. We really had a wonderful stay in Khujand, Tajikistan. Gently fully refurbished, preserving the new furniture's details and with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Easier to park your car as well. Very kind owner and great value for money. It was right in the heart of city centre. Please don't looking for any homestay anymore if you are in Khujand town except to choose this homestay. The flat was spotless, well-furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen essentials to a comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you might need. Very convenient and peaceful area. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions and made me feel very welcome. The apartment was new and beautifully decorated. Very clean. Just a little improvement required for the facilities and house tools to make it more convenient for the guest like bath mat, pot holder, kitchen towel, placemat for the dining table so that it would be more sustainable for the owner to maintain their goods/furniture for long run.
