Definitely the best staff I encountered in any hotel in my life. They constantly want to go the extra mile, very polite and elegant. Classy staff members. Good manners. Location of the hotel is the best by far with the Swiss hotel. Great views and close to everything you need as a tourist for a pleasant stay. High quality rooms and facilities. Best staff ever! Friendly and very helpful staff, extremely clean rooms, and a very good restaurant. The hotel's location is strategic for both those who want to visit the city (20 minutes by taxi, costing only about €15 round trip) and for those like me who needed to visit the nearby fair (fuarizmir), just a 5-minute taxi ride away. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were truly very helpful in meeting my requests. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. In summary, Mia City Hotel is a solid choice for those visiting Izmir. If you're looking for a convenient location and a comfortable environment, this hotel could be your ideal choice.
