Stuff was very helpful. He helped us with our suitcases upstairs. They spoke English well, which is not common in Turkey. The breakfast was excellent and very varied with traditional Turkish delicacies. The hotel was practically in the center and all the main sights of Kayseri could be reached on foot from the hotel.
