Peaceful courtyard to relax and enjoy complimentary tea. Free parking just a few minutes walk away through flat, narrow alleyways. The manager and owner were very friendly and helpful and offered good advice on places to eat in the area and helped with our laundry. All the staff were excellent. We had two rooms and enjoyed them very much. The staff is excellent and very helpful. Our rooms were upstairs and we climbed stairs to get tho them (no lift), which was fine for us, but would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. The architecture is magnificent, the atmosphere is quiet, the breakfast is rich of fresh products, every detail is accurate. The staff is consistently kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with fresh products and plentiful. The room was big and the towels were changed every day. The second day we were also offered a bigger room without having asked for, which was a nice surprise. The hotel also offers free parking near by. The hotel is in the old town and all of the buildings gives you the impression that you live in the past.
