The room was very clean. The host was very patient and provided detailed answers to all of our questions about local attractions. Before and during our stay, they helped us check public bus routes and other transportation options. In the evening, there was even a one-hour guided night walk through the forest. The hostess prepared a rich and thoughtfully arranged breakfast.

We had a wonderful two-night stay! The staff were incredibly caring, proactive, and spoke excellent English. Communication was smooth – they reached out in advance to offer a transfer for an extra fee, asked if we needed dinner, and even sent a map. The location is up in the mountains, about a 40-minute walk from the bus stop, but right by all the famous trails that people come to Alishan for. It's remote but stunningly beautiful. Our room had large panoramic windows, a balcony, and access to the rooftop. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. One day we had sunny weather, and the next it rained and was misty – both created a very special atmosphere. Thank you and highly recommend!

This place is new and is very clean! The room is very spacious! Kids are so happy with the snacks and drinks provided in the room. There's also a very nice dining area on the 3rd floor. Everything is excellent. The owners are very kind, polite and very thoughtful! This made our stay in Alishan very memorable and wonderful! Thank you! We will definitely recommend it to our friends. ☺️
