    Customer service 10/10. Very detailed and sincere. Does offer free parking, but need to walk a distance. Along the way, you will passby 7-eleven. Can go and buy food and drinks at the same time. At the lobby, the hotel did provide free drinks/ice cream/ pudding and a coffee machine which have hot chocolate as an option. Recommended all to try if you are planning to stay at the area.

    The location is actually quite good but it’s still not easy to look for a parking lot during holiday season. They let you claim the parking fee for maximum NT100 per day.
