This accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Firstly, it was my first time to Alishan and I had many queries which the host was very responsive to answer all of them. She was very kind to help my family to arrange transport to pick us up from Chiayi HSR and got the driver to tour us around Alishan. Secondly, the views from the room were incredible. Thirdly, we enjoyed our showers daily due to the high water pressure. To add on, the beds provided in both rooms were very comfortable. Lastly, the common area was very clean and great place for us to have our take-out meals. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely stay at this very same place in the future.

Everything is was exceptionally nice. The room is very very comfortable, the property is beautiful and magical with all kinds of fairy lights and cute decorations. The property was very comfortable with new and modern facilities. Our host Carol was truly exceptional - a great communicator (fluent English), full of helpful suggestions about how to pass our time there, she also introduced us to the Tea Master owner (our trip was partly tea / business related). He was also very generous with his time and expertise. The breakfasts we had there were delicious. Carol also suggested some great places to eat in neighbouring villages. We were sad to leave. She really made our stay special. Top marks.
