Breakfast was at the adjacent Starbucks, if you got up late there will be a long line. However, there are a lot of local eateries nearby, 2 7/11, and even a local grocery store. Public transport is easy to access and the hotel is lovely. Laundry is free and there are also dryers Bonus: we landed within a few hours of the massive earthquake, staff were reassuring and soon operated normally.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and looked new. The staff there was very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious for three people. The location was good if you like to shop for high tech products as there are two digital malls and several small shops across the street. Sogo is about 20 min walk. Transportation was convenient with a subway station right next to the hotel. The taxi fare was very reasonable and it cost 200 NTD to go to Ximending. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely stay here again.

Whimsical, clean, beautiful, good wifi, and friendly staff. We were met on the first floor with a porter that helped us take our luggage’s up to the check-in desk on the 4th floor. Check in was easy, the front desk person was able to communicate with us in English well. Our room was large, clean, comfortable, and had water bottles ready for us.

this is an excellent hotel that provides many detailed comfort measures to the customers. super soft bed. free laundry facilities. many free toilet treats and even for kids. the common area is nice and spacious. the facility is super clean. it is located right in front of the subway and main road. we are deep sleepers but for people who are sensitive to traffic noise, might need to ask for rooms that faced another direction. it’s 2 min walk to MRT brown line. brown line is slightly less convenient than other MRT lines in my opinion but nevertheless! I will stay at this hotel again!

1. We were allowed an early check in as they had a room available at that point in time 2. Housekeeping was very diligent, kept things neat and tidy while we were gone everyday 3. Laundry usage and Dryer use were very convenient (You can get washing powder from the reception below for 10 TWD or bring along your own to use) 4. Shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste were part of personal toiletries set 5. There was a water dispenser in the common corridor on my room's floor which made it very convenient to get hot water on demand 6. The staff were all really kind and their service was very good!

This is honestly the perfect property that I have ever stayed in. I loved how the room was divided, and that I get a full bathtub and shower in one enclosed room. I also liked how there was a Japanese styled toilet which is always nice to have, and the bed is so massive that I can sleep horizontally on it. Customer service was nothing short of amazing. I lost my hotel keys twice, which never happens, but the staff did not charge me at all for my mistakes.
