The place is full of beautiful cottages, surrounded by gardens, streams, ponds, fishes, ducks and geese, a nice peaceful getaway for city dwellers to enjoy the fresh mountain air and immersed in nature. The room is spacious, kept very clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly, took time to chat with us and made us very comfortable at the villa. The buffet dinner and breakfast were very hearty and healthy vegetarian dishes.

Bright Moon Homestay completely exceeded our expectations! We were offered exceptional hospitality and kindness by the host and family. Just impressed by everything we were offered. The location was really nice. The room was quiet, spacious and cozy. Auntie offered us free rides to downtown Miaoli so that we could walk around and experience stuff. Breakfast was more than phenomenal. It was all homemade Taiwanese authentic stuff and very fulfilling. Auntie was very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. We would love to come back one more time.
