Villa Rosa was our first stop on our tour around Tanzania. All of the staff were lovely and super welcoming. Nothing was too big of an ask and they were able to offer some really good information for when we headed into the centre of town too! Both the food and accommodation were excellent and I would certainly recommend staying here if you're ever visiting moshi, close to famous materuni waterfall

This is the best accommodation in Tanzania!! The room is spacious and very clean. They have stable hot shower. The staff are helpful and clean our room every day. The hostel is also spacious, with a lot of chilling areas. It is around 10mins by tuk tuk/mototaxi from town. The hostel sell food as well, which is very delicious and cheap!! Ghynwine is extremely helpful and cheerful. He helped us organise a lot of activities. Highly recommended to everyone!!

Patricia and her staff was extremely helpful ,thoughtful,and generous during my stay.The breakfast was wonderful and fresh, they even put on a evening campfire during my stay. I will be back to visit Kilimanjaro and this is were I will stay. I totally recomend here if you want warmth and hospotality.

Everything was awesome! Staff, service, activities, wifi, room and so on! I stayed first 2 nights in this hostel but I decided to come back to stay here one more night! The owner, who is Peter, was kind and nice. Not only owner, the people who work in the hostel are super nice! Highly recommend to stay here!!

Far’s place is beautiful, super stylish and very very clean. We had our laundry beautifully washed, the bedding was lovely and we had our best sleeps so far in Tanzania. The meals are terrific. There is nice indoor and outdoor space. When staying with him you can have lots of space and privacy or if you choose (as we did) you can tag along with him. We went to karaoke and the market and shared some meals out because we really enjoyed his company and his friends were welcoming too. When we did things on our own like a trip to the waterfall and a coffee tour he arranged this with great people at a reasonable price. He also helped us out with tuk tuks and cars when we didn’t feel like walking. Moshi is really pretty and nice to walk around. We stayed here because all the reviews said how fun and kind Far is. This is true he is delightful, gracious and he is also professional, reliable and a good communicator. On top of all of that the guesthouse rooms are well equipped, comfortable, and super clean. We do have a good time with Far and we were relaxed, well taken care of and really enjoyed being in his place.

Quiet setting, which easily allows to walk to a nearby restaurant. We stored some luggage while we spontaneously went for a motorbike trip. Infrastructure all works, different areas inside and outside are available to chill. Rooms correspond to the photos on booking. The homestay is with a very friendly and helpful couple who lives in the smaller house on the property. The second time we stayed at Mkoani’s Homestay a baby girl joined the family ☺️

I came here after failing to summit Kili and I could not have asked for a better place to rest, heal, and reflect. Everything from the incredible staff to the sweet animals to the delicious breakfast and the tranquil property were absolutely perfect. This is one of my favorite places I've stayed in the world.

Everything, from hotel pickup to breakfast and drop off, at Shimbwe Meadows you are not a guest but a family member, Beatus has an exceptional human relations, and Jane will bother you positively to make sure your belly action is not left unchecked. If you need a site of mount Kilimanjaro, this is the best location. I enjoyed my stay. I left my wallet at the property and Beatus was so kind to drive back to deliver. This was purely a home to stay, green environment and get some thick clothes it gets cold

    The chalets are very smart and super clean and management is very responsive and helpful . We managed to get a very yummy dinner prepared on short notice late in the night as we were very hungry after a delayed flight . Chalets have a cute walk way , which is a pleasant surprise as the entry to this property near the parking area is underwhelming but once you get to the chalets , it’s a calming experience.
