Great place to escape the city for a week. The location is fantastic - a 30-minute drive from Kyiv, near a peaceful forest. The area is calm, and ideal for unwinding. The home is well-equipped with everything you need, and if you’re missing anything, you can easily order delivery from the nearby Fora market. The property has several amazing features for a relaxing evening, including a cozy fireplace, a BBQ area, a beautiful garden, and a bath with a view. It’s a great place to recharge, and I’ll definitely return whenever I get the chance. Highly recommend!

The Apartment is in the Center of Kiew, Abalon Quartier, close to the Metro who takes you to the Center. In the entrance there is security and the door of the Apartment is super safe and strong, Video Controller in the building. Around the corner you will find a great supermarket and all you need. The Apartment has a high European Level, would say even higher, great Internet, TV, Netflix, super clean. I can Highly recommend this Apartment.

The location is great if you have a car, if you don't sometimes it's extremely difficult to find taxis.The nice small beach was handy in extremely hot summer in Kyiv. They have paddling boards available for rent. Lovely views from the penthouse and nice kitchen, it's fully equipped and includes a decent fridge. I personally really loved facilities, massive shower room with different showers. The toilet has good light for make up and washing machine which was very handy. I loved roofed patios near building where guests can have their own BBQ or order food from restaurant, there is outside kitchen as well. Staff is very helpful and friendly, lovely people Conditioner in room was life saver.

Actually looks better then on the photo There is one restaurant with wine and appetizers at the first floor, and second with all meals five mins away from hotel.
