    Parking lot was filthy first thing we saw and thought oh crap. Under renovation lobby was disappointing. Staff was ok people walking around singing and noisy in indoor quad area. Breakfast was non existent

    Nothing. This place was a shithole of the highest order. Room was dirty, crackheads battling lot lizards in the parking lot, police on scene.

    A couple good/nice restaurants nearby (easy walk). Got a very good parking spot, happy with that. Early next morning, parking lot FULL. So, loads of folks came in mid/late evening.

    There were no bugs. The check in clerk was nice. The furniture was newish. Since there are no great options for breakfast, Denny's is in the same parking lot.

    The pool had been closed for some time. The first room they gave us was dirty. Homeless people living in the car in the parking lot. Office staff was rude. It was close to the wedding reception which we were in town for.

    We arrived really late, after midnight, but were welcomed by the girl at the front desk. She was very accommodating with making sure the Rewards Points were posted to my BW account, as I had reserved the room with booking.com. Since we only needed the room for the one night, it was a pleasant stay. Everything was extremely clean, bed was comfortable, and it was a quiet, peaceful night. Location was easy to get to exiting the highway, but it was a bit more challenging when leaving the parking lot...
