    The shower doesn't drain well. This made the rest of the bathroom wet and unpleasant. The sheer curtains let the bright light of the parking lot in. Couldn't close the thick curtains because they were fixed and wouldn't close. The road noise was extreme. Bad experience. Not worth the price. Sorry.

    Elevator doesn't work the place. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in forever. There's a whole garage mechanic going on In the parking lot, I know vehicles break down. And need work done, but not multiple vehicles all day long. Breakfast is nothing Stale cereal, Toast and 1 waffle maker that doesn't work plus the coffee so wasted down Also seems to be a lot of drugs and prostitution

    I don't think this location offered breakfast. The staff was good. The only 'issue' is the location in relation to the freeway. You basically had to make an immediate U-turn or weave the parking lots to get anywhere. Honestly, not that big of deal. The stay itself was up to par and I/we had no concerns that impacted our ability to enjoy our time there.

    The staff was great and very professional. Beaumont PD and news crews were showing up left and right during our check in. The Corvette Club was also staying there and someone had stolen a vette from the parking lot it was mass chaos for a little bit but the staff handled the situation very professionally. The front desk ladies were very attentive even giving my 6 year old a warm blanket when I asked for an extra..

    very clean place and staff was great. rooms were very clean, even the grounds and parking lot was clean. could walk bare footed in the parking lot. basic room but very well taken care of. I would recommend to anybody that was looking for a clean well taken care of hotel room.
