The service was outstanding. When I ordered in room dining, the food was delivered very promptly- more promptly than any other hotel. The food was delicious. We ate with my family twice at the Rugby Grill and the food and service there was excellent as well. The room was spacious and nice. The mini bar was restocked fairly promptly. The bathroom and shower were also spacious.

We had a reservation for this property for 2 nights. The host did not respond to emails regarding access to the property. 15minutes before we were supposed to check in the host had still not responded. This meant we had to book another place to stay. I later found out through booking.com that another party had stayed at the same time we had booked to stay.

Exceptionally clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with several wonderful options. 24-hour delicious coffee and tea. I was looking for a hotel in the Detroit/Southfield area that was clean. The hotel was only 3 months old. Everything is new and sparkling clean. We will be back.
