What a gem - it was a beautiful house and such a lovely place. The room was amazing and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was really lovely. The attention to detail was massively high and we felt so welcomed and even had a gift waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend. Terri was such a lovely host. Good location as well especially as we were passing through from New York to Niagara Falls.

First time back to tioga since the new hotel has been built really impressive facility it has come along way since back in the 70’s when it was just a horse track definitely will be returning more often

Very large and spacious room, hot water for tea and coffee always available at reception. Comfy bed. We enjoyed the included breakfast in the morning. Location is lovely, with lots of hikes and nature all around.
