Hank is an the best at his job. He was very courteous and truly cared about your needs and experience. He was very knowledgeable about the area and places that are a must see when visiting. I liked the central location of the hotel walking distance to Downtown Carson City but easy 15 minute driving distance to Lake Tahoe too. The staff also fulfilled my request to get me a room on the top floor, and had their maintenance man respond super quickly when I accidentally locked myself out of my room.
