Excellent location, central but not noisy. Close to the beach and water. Decent neighborhood. House and first-floor apartment in good repair. Parking for two cars is very convenient in the backyard. Well-equipped kitchen, complete set of towels in the bathroom, washer/dryer in the basement. Very responsive host. All queries answered promptly.

The place is fully refurbished, I stayed for it for the last 3 years and it approved every year. They have now everything good hotel has, nice fresh rooms, gym, pool, nice bar and nice staff.

We had a pleasant stay with a family of four. Everything in the house was really neat and in order and the house offers a large fenced garden as well. The house was comfortably furnished in all the rooms and one could sleep very well in the comfortable beds. All rooms and the kitchen had an own air conditioning. The kitchen was well equipped. Parking was possible just outside off the house.

Best Marriott I've ever stayed. Everything new, no stains, perfectly decorated (no grey or beiges), fitness center is large and very well equipped. Simply perfect!!!! And also complimentary breakfast (not coffee, but true breakfast, with waffle machines and stuff). 10/10. Definitely recommend 100%.
