Alex, the overnight clerk, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave me all the right information and switched my room to one that hadn't just had the carpets cleaned to make sure it wasn't wet or musty. He recommended a good parking spot for my room and assured me he would be monitoring the parking lot at night.
